Shipping policy

We ship free to customers within the continental United States. We ship after orders are produced, which due to the custom nature of our products - which are build-to-order, can take 7-10 days to produce at the longest.  On average, we strive to produce things within this time, but in instances where we are backed up with orders or due to seasonality (Q4 and Black Friday / Xmas) it may take longer.

We offer FREE USPS shipping (7-10 days shipping time) as well as expedited FedEx shipping (3-5) days for an additional fee.  A tracking number is sent to you upon shipping for you to track progress by the carrier. 

All of our production is done within the USA, and shipped from the USA. We are proudly based in Austin, TX and do NOT outsource our production overseas whatsoever.
